Twinkle Star Home-based Childcare Ltd believes kids are our precious assets, our first responsibility to nurture them at home in safe and healthy environment. Twinkle Star believe to built up trust -worthy relationship in a triangle like educator, coordinator and parents of child/family. We believe an open communication, so we provide opportunity everyone to give suggestion, advice to bring up new ideas for better and best care and education of little kids. Kids are amazing explorer and eager to learn at all stages of early age, educators and programme coordinators of Twinkle Star Childcare are partners of Whanau and families to realize these hopes.

We aim to empower every child with real life skills, confidence, social interaction and supporting child’s emotional well-being. We respect child’s contribution as we encourage child learn alongside others and acknowledge as an individual worth, we provide opportunity every child on equal basis no matter what their gender, ability, ethnicity and background.

Our passionate and devoted coordinator will work with educator and whanau and children responsive to the child’s interest, strength, needs and culture. We believe parents are first educators of child, so we respect whanau/ family culture and their decision about childcare and education. We believe sociocultural theories – learning comes with relationship of people, places and things, as neuroscience and brain development in the first two years of child’s life. 

We believe environment has a powerful impact on child, it is important to provide safe, stimulating, and healthy environment which is encourage learning. Every child has own pace to learn, so we apply with different techniques of learning like music, dance, art and story book. As New Zealand is a bicultural community, so every child has a right to express their own language and values, so we acknowledge the dignity of everyone with in our service.
